In our four sheltered workshops we employ people with disabilities and help them to integrate into everyday life. We opened the first one in 2015 in Turnov and the last one in 2022 in Liberec. Thanks to our sheltered workshops, other companies can also fulfil their legal obligation to pay compensation.

We employ more than 50 per cent of employees with disabilities in sheltered workshops in established or designated sheltered workplaces, thus fulfilling the condition set out in Section 81(2)(b) of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment, as amended.
Cooperation with our partners results in mutual optimisation of operations. Bonus in the form of compensation according to Section 18 of the Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic No. 518/2004 Coll. The Employment Act can also be fulfilled by other companies and companies interested in purchasing products or services offered in our sheltered workshops.
